Before you come.
Will we share the property with other guests?
No. We host one group at a time: the whole property is yours during your stay.
How many guests can stay?
The cabin sleeps up to 5 (2 queen beds and a sofa bed). Glamping sleeps up to 8: Tent 3 for three guests and Tent 5 for five.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 1:00 p.m. On your first visit we meet you to open the gate to the property.
How do we get there?
We are five minutes from downtown Esquipulas. The last stretch is a dirt road that can get rough after rain, so message us on your arrival day and we’ll guide you. Parking is inside the property, and we share the exact location once your booking is confirmed.
How do I book?
Send us your dates and number of guests on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm availability and send a quote. Your booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit by bank transfer or deposit; the balance is paid on arrival. Guests from El Salvador and Honduras can pay the equivalent in US dollars.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 5 days before arrival for a full refund of your deposit. After that the deposit is non-refundable, but we’ll gladly help you reschedule based on availability.
Are meals included?
No. The cabin has an equipped kitchen so you can cook whatever you like. We recommend bringing drinking water, food and drinks.
Can I celebrate something special?
Yes. We love setting up proposals, romantic dinners and toasts. Wine for a toast is welcome by prior arrangement; parties and open drinking are not allowed.
Are pets allowed?
We don’t accept pets at this time.
What should I bring?
Your food and drinks, warm clothes (nights get cool), insect repellent, personal items and comfortable shoes for the dirt road. For glamping, bring shoes that are easy to slip off: shoes stay outside the tents.
